it seems that im the only one in skryim that rides a horse.
been playing like 25hrs and never seen a npc with a horse in the world or in town...

was it the same in oblivion?
cant remember..

I started to see more in the later game, especially in the west. But I hate skyrim horses, they are so slow, it aint much better than walking. I can't wait to see a mod that increases horse speed.
