First off Crytek are not EA, they have a limited number of staff.

Staff are humans they need things like: food, water and sleep.

I think there are 4 or 5 community reps and they do a bloody good job considering all they get is flamed all day long.

I bet if the staff pulled up the statistics of today you would see why everyone doesn't get one on one attention. There have probably been 500 threads created and 5000 posts, if you had the time to read them all then you should really be employed by NASA.
