I went to the temple in Balmora today and healed my common dieseases. But then I noticed I still have attributes in Intelligence, Willpower, speed, and personality in red text.

I overheard Causis say to me "Oh, I see your injured. Sorry" and npcs told me to see a healer. I don't know what to do. Help please?

If stats remain in red after youve cured disease, and you have no other drain effects active, this means they are damaged.
Some creatures, notably greater bonewalkers, have attacks that damage stats.

You will need to either cast a spell with a restore attribute effect (such as restore strength), drink a potion, or use an Imperial cult altar or Tribunal shrine altar.

I usually just find it easiest to create a custom spell that has all the restore attribute effects.
