A mod that takes away Medium and Heavy Armor speed penalties

Does anyone know of a mod that allows you to wear Medium and Heavy armor without the speed penalties? Also, does anyone know of a mod that takes away the charisma penalty of the Advanced Power armor helmet?

It's pretty trivial to do these yourself. Open the GECK, search the settings for Medium or Heavy, and look for something that looks like a speed penalty. Then just find the APA helm in armour, find what enchant it has, then remove the -Cha effect from it.

Alright thanks. Just got a gaming computer and I'm currently just trying to wrap my head around all these new gizmos. :laugh:
