Bethesda, I love you.

First of all, this game? Nothing short of amazing, my only complaints are the stupid bugs that wills surely be patched!

But the point of this thread, is to thank Bethesda for implementing an actual use to Hunting! All it was worth in OB was to sell for a few septims, but Tanning has really made this my favourite new feature, I'v already spent hours scouring the forest and tundra's for hides, and I'm sure there's plenty more hours left in it until I get bored, which I actually doubt will ever happen.

So what's your thoughts? Reaching out to fellow hunters here? Do you think that this is down right awesome?

I agree. I'm normally a very goal oriented player, but this game makes me do 'silly' stuff, like going hunting, observing the nature and listening to townspeople chat among eachother. It's one of the most immersive games I've ever played.

I could care less about hunting but i do like the additions to the game. This game has overtaken morrowind for me. this will only increase once the mods start pumping out xD

So basically i just wanted to add to this thread that i also love Bethesda and they did an amazing job with this game.

Game is AMAZING! Its very easy to get side tracked. Its hard to keep a mental note of what you are suppose to be doing next, because everytime you talk with someone your giving another quest that is equally or more interesting. I love this game!!!

What's worse is when you start reading a book in the middle of a dungeon, and get so immersed in it (excellent writing in those skill books, for the most part) that it's actually a bit of a shock when you put it down and realize you're still inside the dungeon :P.

What with all the spoilt brat nerdrage comments on this forum, I welcome this thread! It really is a fantastic game. Bethesda should be very proud of their hardwork, you just need to play skyrim for it to be pretty obvious how much work (and overtime im guessing :P) actualy went into it. Im floored but how detailed and good looking the world is combined with everything else going on.

 I love it as well. It bugs me when games have wildlife and stuff but there's no real point being a "hunter" other than maybe small xp and money gain.

So yeah, my character is something of a hunter. Everything he is wearing that is possible to be, has been created and improved by his hunting, skinning, tanning. It's just cool playing and knowing that :)

I just really wish they had put in portable camping equipment....yeah I know you find bandit and other "passive" hunter camps, but...I would like to be able to just place some things down and make my own

Aye, it is a beautifully detailed world. I just wanted to show any Bethesda employees that may be reading, that we don't all care we can't one shot "Simple bears" with a single adept fire bolt...

Yes. Think about all the birthdays of wives and kids that where missed. Baseball games soccer whatever. Just because dad or mom were working late late and many consecutive days just to help put out a polished Product so that we could fully immerse ourselves in. It's really a pleasure to have a gaming company offering so much for the standard rate of $60 within their game, during a time where rival competitors offer the most weakest mind numbing shallow designed products for the same price.

Bethesda from a sincere gamer I say thank you for all the hard work. I enjoy what u have created and would buy it twice over.
