Heh, I had one stuck through my HEAD last night. I might upload a pic later, as I'm not on the same computer.

I had like 10 of those stuck in me at once for a long period of time lol

Yep I had that stuck in my left shoulder, I ended up reloading my last save. I have also found arrows equiped on my back and they are not in my inventory at the time.
