Where can i find an Arcane Enchanter so i can disenchant weapons? i have found some in odd areas but i can't recall any in any towns?? I'd prefer one in white run if possible but any big town will do. PLEASE HELP!!

There is one in Dragonsreach to the right of the jarl when you first walk in. Dragonsreach is where the king is in Whiterun. It is next to the guy that you got the quest where you got the dragonstone from

Solitude's Castle Dour has one. And it has an Alchlemy Lab too.
I think Riften's Mistevil Keep has one also, in the alchlemist's room (forgot her name).
