I recall in the Fo3 Geck I was able to change the values of fdamagegunweapcondbase and fdamagegunweapcondmult and either alter or remove the way a weapons condition affected damage. Altering these values in the New Vegas Gecks seems to have no discernible effect in New Vegas, however. I suspect this is due to the formula being changed with guns doing max damage at greater than 75% condition, but I haven't been able to figure if any Geck settings have been added that can mod this for NV. Anyone else experimented with this? Any confirmations out there of these variables being hard coded now?
