I was actually trying to get across it's not as underpowered as people say it is, this was simply a joke

i'm only lvl 23 right now, and my destruction skill is 79, but do the destruction spells really drop off that hard after levels 35+? i can see having to use the same spells over and over again on stronger enemies being a problem, but aren't pure mages supposed to use multiple schools to take down their enemies?
As a mage i only focus on leveling magicka every level up, doesn't that give me more room to be versatile? at least on norm.

I honestly can't say, because I have only ever played a mage for 5 minutes.
