G.O.A.T in real life

I was just thinking how a GOAT in real life would be today. I think it would put the US in anarchy and would svck, we'd have a real bad law and educational system if it did happen.

Such aptitude tests already exist. Most careers counciling services should be able to direct you to one.

Its place in Vault Life is pretty special. The Vault is a sealed community where the normal promises of higher pay for less desirable work doesn't work. There needs to be a way to ensure all vital work is done.

Frankly I think the GOAT test is simpy a lottery system in disguise. Since unless we are to assume there are many more questions and more complex answers than we see in-game, there is no way 9 obscure questions (10 doesn't count) could decide where to place someone for the rest of their life.

I think it just fools more guilible vault residents into believing that they have the ability to alter their career based on how they do on a test, when in reality they are assigned what the overseer wants them to be assigned to.
