I don't use that amulet mod for that very reason. I have found if I put both Buffy and Superian in the KOTN Predator Faction, then spriggans + forest predators will leave both of them alone.

The faction is XX000CEA, where XX is your load order for KOTN

Thank you, Milord Rugrat. Your beloved and beautiful Mazoga must have been talking with you. She also has come to believe that Superian is a friend rather than a main course. In fact she has even permitted Buffy to refer to her Order's headquarters as 'The Black Mare Lodge'. :wavey:

Raven was created last night (the character I describe in my first post to the topic).

Upon leaving the prison, wearing the robes of the Mythic Dawn -- they seemed less flea-infested than the sack cloth clothing she awoke in prison wearing -- she made for the Imperial City. After selling the items she'd found in the prison sewers she took her few coins over to The Merchants Inn and bought herself a room to spend the night in. Exhausted from the fantastic day she'd just been through, she slept for hours and hours. When she awoke the sun was already high in the sky. She had a frugal meal of fruits and grains, washed down with a glass of watered wine. Refreshed, she felt honor-bound to keep her word to the now-dead Emperor, so she began jogging through the city, towards the western gates, and thence onward towards Chorrol.

((( In playing this character I've already changed "my plan" for Raven. I was starting her as a mystic archer -- which is what attracted me to this topic in the first place -- but as I played her last night she naturally showed herself to be an athletic pure mage. On her first level up she received 5 pts intelligence, 4 pts willpower, 5 pts speed. I've decided to just follow her adventures and let her turn into what she turns into. I am glad I chose the majors I chose, because it means playing naturally she will cap out some time in the 20's, as Raven will never wear any sort of armor -- neither light nor heavy -- and I am beginning to suspect her days of using a bow are also long behind her. I also don't see her blocking much, she's much more likely to dodge and sprint and set up a new vantage from which to spell-cast. )))

I′ll try it out later, but I′m afraid we have to wait for next spring in order to find out if it works :D

Buffy's a no-melee glass cannon mystic archer. Her intelligence is indeed at 100. She is also born under the sign of the mage and her magic pool is adequate. Casting cost goes waaay down as your skill in the relevant schools of magic goes up.

Although Buffy is capped at a character level of 20 (done by simply ignoring several of her major skills), she has 600 hours on her and all her magic skills are between 95-100, so her casting cost is pretty low. She only has one spell that costs her over 100 to cast. Most of her 'big' spells are between 50-80 to cast. Also, she is specialized in illusion and archery, and favors mind control spells. These are very efficient because they can cause long lasting havoc while she calmly hides and buffs her nails, allowing plenty of time for her magic to regenerate. That is, she doesn't have to 'spam' spells. If she gets in trouble, she casts a spell that causes her to disappear, leaving a summon in her place. She then walks away to plan her reengagement.

High willpower (she has 100) is also helpful to speed magic regeneration. She can go invisible for 35 seconds and during that time, generate more magic than the invisibility spell costs.

Her restore magicka potions (master skill/master equipment) each regenerate 24 magicka per second x 78 seconds and she could drink up to 4 of those. She has rarely had to drink one and never had to drink more than one.

If silenced, she keeps strong homemade dispel potions handy.

I hope that helps some! :foodndrink:

so Ari'ka was hunting and exploring the jerall mountains, for what reason i dont know it was cold there, she came up on a bandit camp (cant remember the name at the moment) she instantly crouched down and surveyed the camp and moved slightly to the right to show a lone bandit standing a good bit of feet from the camp he was dressed in all fur, Ari'ka has gotten to the point where she constantly goes back to bandit camps and such to kill the new inhabitants. so she drew her bow and fired a beautiful shot to the bandits neck. she ran up to loot the fur and such. Well me as the player noticed this so called bandit had a name so want on the wiki and looked it up. it was the master acrobatics trainer who's supposed to be level 20, and Ari'ka got a one hit sneak kill. how in the world? oh and mind you she was lv 1!
