Ed-E, Rex, Cass, that BoS scribe [censored], Boone, Arcade, Lily, and picked up Raul expecting it to unlock, but didn't.

Seems like every one hmmm hell I don't know than try to load before u get him and do it again.

No can do. I delete all my previous saves when I exit out of the game for the night. (I definitely save a million times while I play, but I delete them all when I'm signing out for the night)
Oh well, I'll give the achievement another go on my second run through. Hopefully it will be addressed by then.
