Questions concerning the 5th anniversary Obliv edition comin

Post » Sat Dec 03, 2011 10:47 am

So far all i have heard of it was that we get all the dlc a map and a cool as hell looking case.
My question is though do we get everything like the magic tomes the fighters stronghold etc?
Or is all that still Xbox Exclusive? I own a ps3 by the way.

Yeah, it's GotY. Although previous GotYs were missing the Fighter's Stronghold, if I remember correctly. But every other DLC/Shivering Isles you get.

I have heard nothing about this. i personally won't be buying it any ways since I have since switched to OB on the PC. I bought the darn game 3 times now, I think thats enough.

Whoa, a new edition of Oblivion is coming out? Never heard about this - source? As an Elder Scrolls fanatic who possesses multiple editions of Morrowind and Oblivion, I'd definitely look into purchasing this.

I already own the GoTy for 360 and PC, so I won't be getting it for a "cool case" that knowing my luck will break shortly after I get it.

The only good thing that came out of Oblivion was Nehrim.

Generating hype for Skyrim this way seems like a round about way of doing things but I suppose it works.

Yeah, I'd like to know this too. Our GOTY only has KOTN and SI.

So, by DLC, I figure they're just talking about Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles? No Mehrune's Razor or Fighter's Stronghold? So basically what I already have for PC. It would need more for me to buy it again.

I don't know. If it was a mass release, sure, but it sounds like it's being made obnoxiously difficult to buy it. :shakehead:

Same. :P

I'll probably get it anyway though, anything to support Bethesda and The Elder Scrolls! :D
