hey guys, i have notice that there are perks that make this magic work on higher lvl enemies, but what i would like to know,, how much? will they still work in end game when you have reach your maximim level and when the game is fully scaled??

There are at least three perks that do it. And then there are higher level spells that effect even higher levels.

so this ''type'' of spells will work in end game?
