Ive Just started playing Fallout 3 again. and i have the GOTY. ive just finished the mission at Raven Rock then went to sell stuff off at Megaton then to the Citadel. i want to get Fawkes to go with me to the Reactor but he is not at the museum and i cant find him at Raven Rock. any ideas where he is?
FYI CANT use Console commands as it deletes my game since im playing it through games for windows

When was the last time you saw him? Did you tell him to wait somewhere?
