Miscarcand

It's huge!
I was actually glad to see daylight afterwards and almost (almost) glad to see the Goblins.
Right up until I shot them.

Awesome, it's the biggest one I've done yet and I really did feel like I was holding my breath in some bits. Really atmospheric! :D

There are others like that. One of my favorite is Wendelbek.

Glad you enjoyed it! Another large Ayleid ruin I enjoy is Veyond - home of those wonderfully tough, leveled AshCan Azhklan Trolls. :foodndrink:

I think we all have our favorite ruin. Mine and Lothran′s is without question Culotte. Atmospheric to say the least and it′s completely empty at first. However, as soon as you enter the room....

I love the ruins like Miscarcand, where you get treated to seeing the monsters fighting one another, in this case goblins vs. undead.

I love Ayeid ruins-the beautifully white glow of the ruin walls and the shimmer of Welkynd stones. Miscarcand is a favourite but i particualrly like exploring Vahtacen, and Vindasel, for obvious reasons.

The ruins are gorgeous actually. I have some mods on but no visual ones - to be honest I think the stock graphics are in some places quite breathtaking.

The same here. I have quite a few simple landscape pics as desktops (I have my desktop picture set to change every hour). The Ayleid ruins are my favorite places of all, especially the partly submerged ones like Culotte and Bawn.

I too am partial to Ayleid ruins, and consider Miscarcand a particularly fine one. My avatar's adventures there were a highlight (amongst many highlights) of the Crisis, and a welcome break for closing all those Gates. Here once again is http://i307.photobucket.com/albums/nn303/Decrepit_Waste/ESIV%20Oblivion/CrusaderinMiscarand.jpg. He (my avatar) can be seen in the guise of Divine Crusader crouching on the raised walkway at distance with torch in hand. Ah, those were the days!

Outstanding! I did not even notice your Divine Crusader standing with the torch at first! I was looking farther down he hall below him, at that figure (a goblin?) lurking in the end of the passageway.
