ive encounted not one, but TWO quests which are incapable of being completed. both "i put a spell on you" and "oh big papa" cannot be completed because of obvious bugs.

in "i put a spell on you"(*spoliers ahead*), you are sent to disarm a bomb from the monorail at camp mccarran. even after you disarm the bomb, the monorail still blows up. now i understand this only happens if you talk to the legion saboteur before spying on him in the tower, but it still doesnt make sense how even after you disarm the bomb the monorail is still destroyed. what could possibly make it still blow up? this bug is mentioned on the vault page here(http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/I_Put_A_Spell_On_You).

the other quest, "oh big papa", you are unable to complete if you had done a quest for the great khan melissa previously, entitled "dont make a beggar of me". for some reason she automatically disappears after her quest is completed, and since you have to convince her to not support the legion in another quest, it seems impossible since she apparently isnt even in the game anymore. this bug is also mentioned on the vault page here(http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Melissa).

anyone else encounter these glitches? i hope these would be resolved soon, id like to be able to move on with them instead of having them stuck on my quest list.
