d3d9.dll added, FPS is fine, characters move in slow motion.

Specs,

4GB
8800GT
250GB HDD
1680X1050 Res
C2D E8400

Fallout 3 ran at full frames on high for me, 40 odd frames on ultra. Upon install I was getting under 10 frames near NPCs.

With the d3d9.dll fix added and all of my drivers updated, I'm finding now that my fps is the exact same on either low or high setting but my character and npcs move in slow motion 80% of the time. For instance, Sunny's dog is in front of me running at my save to get to the geckos at the water supply. He looks like he's galloping in slow motion and I feel/can see my character in slow motion as well.

This is driving me up the wall.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been googling slow movements/slow motion and I've found few threads on it.

Try downloading and installing http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=163.

Go into the Customize>low level refresh rate settings>(tick)Enable refresh override

It solved my slow mo issue with my applied community fixes. (I left it on 'blend mode' ,but feel free to play.)

Good luck.
