Once every 1-3 hours, although sometimes it will increase or decrease. Very arbitrary.

I've crashed twice in about 70 hours of play, but nothing like the countless times i hear other people describe.

That's pretty much my experience too. Though when it goes it just bangs out (there is no 'do you want to send a crash report' dialogue).

Mine crashes randomly with no error. I can play for hours on end with no trouble sometimes and then other times maybe an hour in just a random crash.

Large Address Aware fixed my problem with this:

I have not had a single crash since using this fix two days ago! I also don't get the stupid purple or missing textures issues that would inevitably pop up after an hour or so (or sometimes less). Supposedly the game doesn't use more than 2 GB and crashes whenever it needs to use more, so this sets it to 4 GB. Or something.

In any case, I went in skeptical but now... I believe!

It's happened three times, but I've developed a compulsive disorder to save probably through past experiences so it's nay bother at all. Takes about as long as cell load to get back in game.

I have had tow "clean" crashes in 30+ hours of gameplay... no indication of what the problem is!

I have a laptop, quite recent one with a better then average video card, it crashed a few times because I tried to run on higher and better resolutions then the recomded ones, I've put them back now and no problems anymore.

i have had the same problem. the way i saw it when i captured a pic with steams own (press f12 default) and then the game got extremely unstable. but when i had capped the shot and the game crashed without error, the map where my pictures went opened.

I've crashed like 5 times since I purchased on release date. All crashes when loading an exterior/quick travel. Nothing major though.

it happens to me at random times, but it is not that much of a bother because it happens very rarely, so I am just gonna wait till a patch

My game also have random freezes, around one every 3-5 hours I think, screen goes white but the music continues for some time.
Think this is a graphic issue.

I have had it shut down with no error or warning twice since release date. both times, a steam advertisemant had popped up.

It just seems this game wont let me play it. I will start by saying I run the game on max settings except ultra shadows.

But it seems everytime I fasttravel there is a slight chance that the game will buckle and send be out to windows with no error message.

I have also had other crashes but its more apparent when I fasttravel.

Sometimes the textures in my game turn blue like the game could not load the texture or something.

At this stage im considering giving up on this game since the crashes have been increasing, today I had some kind of steam patch put on which reset my graphic options but that made it worse now I have holes in the ground and moved around texture.

Crashing around once every few hours I guess. For no reason. F5 is your friend.

played 4 hours now without any problems thanks to large adress aware.
