Couldnt find these answered anywhere.

- Is there an ingame respec function somewhere/somehow?

- How can you make a lot of money early so you can train 5 times per level as early as possible. I find that I level up too fast compared to the amount of money I make.
I know that it means I will probably outlevel some content due to the way the system deals with leveling, but I'd like to raise some of the slower leveling skills with training and feel like I am "wasting" an opportunity to do so whenever I level without having trained 5 times.

No way to repsec, I am sure there will be mods that let you. As well as DLC in time.

As for making money? Mine ore sell the bars? Loot dungeons sell the armor? Use the console command to make some gold?

2. Do not level up untill you exhaust all five points, when you do - you'll get another five, the money problem won't be that acute.

Save all daggers you can get your hands on.
Disenchant an item with either paralyze or fear on it.

Enchant your daggers and the price for them skyrockets from 10g to 300 - 500g

If you want money, collect ingredients and make potions. Sell the potions, job done.
