for some reason I am unable to turn in the bloodworm helm for the mages guild quest and I am unable to enter the location of the necromancers amulet, the "task" choice or whatever choice is given to turn in the bloodworm helm is not present but the archmage asks if I have retrieved the bloodworm helm or the necromancers amulet. I also went back to the location of the bloodworm helm and wiped out every enemy but that did not help either. I have tried clearing the system cache but that did not help. Does anyone know what I need to do?
