I just noticed that I have an arrow sticking out of my hand and it doesn't disappear!

The bad thing is, I did some LONG quests without even noticing and using the same save file (even though I use to make new ones ALL the time, got like 150 or something) so if I want it to disappear I have to do like 3 Daedric quests and some normal sidequests all over again x_x

Anyone know another way of getting rid of it?
