Presume this PC can be self-built?

What else is need other than the tower? Windows OS disc, mouse, keyboard, monitor, speakers? Can make a big difference with that budget.

If you change the i5 to an amd phenom you can build it. I built a good rig last year with $780

Phenom II X6 processor
Good smilodon casing
8 gigs of ddr 3 ram
A good 1gig ddr5 video card *ati hd 6850
1tb hard drive from Samsung i believe
and a good power supply for it all.

It can be done if u look for deals in newegg.

Should be a bit over the $750 mark, but worth it.
