... and now I need them again!
Back in 6 months ago, I couldn't get the NCR job from Sheriff (because I was slaver and hated in NCR), so I thought "Well, I can manage without the Tandi quest".
Months passed, and during them I sold the Vault 15 parts which I had taken from the Vault.

Now as I passed by NCR again, I surprisingly got the suggestion for talking to Tandi from the guy who helps Sheriff. I go get the quest and wham, I remember that I sold the parts some time ago. I panic. Where did I sell them? Stockmanns? No. San Fran? No. New Reno? Can't be since I never visit that place after I massacred it.

They may be in the San Fran Tanker. That's last place where I remember owning the parts. But the shops are so bad there that I would be stupid to trade there.

Maybe they are so far as Vault City. I visited that place when I wanted to kill Lynette. And I did overdose her, but I didn't do any shopping.


Do quest items disappear after some time being in shopkeeper's hands? If they do, will new ones spawn in V-15 or is the quest lost?
One possible location is Redding, too, and I've seen my former quest stuff be there for months.
