So i went to a dragon wall, and there was a dragon there, so i killed it and it wont give me its soul :swear: to top it off, the wall it was guarding wont give me a shout

Do you save often? Maybe you could reload a save from before you enter the area that has the dragon and wall and try again?

Sounds like a bug.

I never would've guessed this in a game that was developed by Bethesda...
