So this is a interesting little problem, I recently did a format on my PC to clean up the clutter and I installed Morrowind and downloaded Morrowind Overhaul to get started on my modding. All went well with the first part of the install but I had a lot of "errors" with MGE and settings messed up happend with the 1.2.7 patch. So I reverted to the backed up copy with the the first part of the mod installed properly and working. I had to chop some wood so I boot my PC down and I came back with every service on Windows 7 x64 disabled other than what HAD to be on to boot windows. Luckily I had a backup batch file with the proper settings so I all I had to was reinstall programs. However all my scans with Maleware Bytes, Spybot, and AVG came back clean (I even did a network scan from 2 other computers to verify results).

Is there a bug with anything that Morrowind Overhaul can cause this result? It seemed really crazy but this PC is clean, and it only happened right after I installed the mod which as I mentioned gave me errors on the "1.2.7 patch". I downloaded these from Planet Elder Scrolls this morning.
