Skyrim video review

Post » Tue Dec 06, 2011 2:42 am

Adore Skyrim (mostly), and certainly adore what it represents and the efforts it's made beyond Oblivion.
Spoiler-free, reasonably in-depth review, hope you enjoy.
And hope you aren't killed by the barrage of words.
Do make sure you aren't killed. Perhaps take a break half way through.

What thinks you?

Sleep deprived.
Back to Skyrim I go.

You have good taste equal to the collective wisdom of Metacritic! :twirl:
I agree with 9.5-ish too.

I have now experienced my first CTD, 77 hours in. Came out of no-where during a long trek across the wilderness.

Excellent review, and while I'm horrified by the Skyrim interface, I couldn't agree with your review more.

The catering to console platforms continues in Skyrim, but ultimately, Bethesda delivers an open-ended RPG that dazzles. Plus, the development kit to allow players to continue to customize the game for years to come. No other game developer even comes close to this.

Your review hits all necessary points as to why we love the Elder Scrolls series.

Good job.

Aye, I'll concede to some superficial catering. I'm just relieved it hasn't come at the expense of depth.
I've heard mentioned that the UI is like an iPod.. I wouldn't know :/.
Thanks for the kind comment :)

I just got a great idea! Can't you make 4 videos where you review each one of the 4 guilds? That would be realy interesting to watch and the guilds have enough content to make this possible this time! :)

Sure it would be great amount of spoilers but just warn people about spoilers and i would be cool ;) "Myself have played all the guilds except the mage guild"

Sry for my english! 02:43 here and im sooo tired! haha

I think we're all tired from Skyrimming instead of sleeping :)

I'll do a follow-up video once I've amassed a few hundred hours playtime and can talk about the main narratives & characters in a more informed fashion.

Nice to hear. :touched:
