I've been told that in order to get the "Maria" 9MM pistol, you have to confront Benny as soon as you see him in the Tops casino. I've also been told that you cal get him into his suite upstairs and kill him there without any trouble from the guards with the Confirmed Bachelor perk.
Well all dialogue options lead to him giving me the key to the presidential suite, and him sending 4 or 5 chairmen guards to kill me. How exactly do I get him into the suite with me, so I can kill him and take "Maria"?

You don't need to kill him there. Just go see Caesar after you make it out. You'll find Benny then and you can just pickpocket it from him.

I got it after going to ceasars camp. After I killed ceasar he was tied up in the corner. I shot him in the face for trying to kill me in the intro and looted the gun.

Beat Benny to death with a bat (Vegas style, baby) on my first play through. He had it on him in Caesar's tent when I looted that spiffy suit from him.

Well I wanted the gun before I got too far into the MQ, so what are my options besides killing him at Caesars.

If you've got the Black Widow perk, you can take him up to his room, have six with him, then kill him.

If you've got a high enough speech and take the right dialog options, you can get him up to his room (with or without guards) and kill him there. I think you might have needed to find Yes Man beforehand though, for that one.

It says on the Wiki you can use confirmed bachelor, so it this wrong?

Going to Caesars and taking it isn't that far down the MQ, it's the very next step down the line.

I believe it's wrong. I haven't taken confirmed bachelor so I'm not sure, but I know black widow works, and I know that Benny seems a lot more interested in women then men.

Use speech. Or wait until he goes back to his room then murder him there.

If I use speech, I have alot of training to do before I can pass the test. Damn, the only reason I picked confirmed bachelor, was to get this gun. Damn you WIKI!!!
