I have a Redguard Knight and wanted to get all the artifacts. I have read about the "Repair" option to get the Artifacts out of your inventory so that you can get the Rumors to find another one. However, as a Knight my gear never needs repairing and the vendors won't take the Artifacts off my hands. Are there any ways for a Knight to get all the artifacts?

Use the artifact once with the 'use' command. You'll drain one of the charges from it and it can then be repaired. However, not every artifact can be found by every class-- you can only get quests for artifacts that match what your character class is able to use. And not every province has every quest, so, you may have to do some traveling to find the artifacts you want (someone once mentioned the Imperial Capital has all the artifact quests-- I have never confirmed this).
