I actually enjoyed the DB questline. Thought it was rather epic. The Mages... I mean, College Of Winterhold storyline was, IMO WAAAY too short.

phoned? Maybe it's because I'm foreign, but I have no clue what that means

I've only done the Companions and the Dark Brotherhood.

I can say that the Companions is a thousand times better than the Fighters Guild. Though there are some elemetns in the FG that were not present in SKyrim.

The DB I'm pretty torn on, over all I think the DB in Skyrim is better but there is just something about the way the DB in Oblivion is, I just, I find with each new game the previous one, all aspects take a special place in my heart and I find it hard to love the new one.

Though I can say with certainty these Skyrim guilds are a lot shorter.

It means they were bad by way of laziness, Beth just didn't...do it...

Now the end of the DB questline is technically a "big deal", but come on.....think about all those interesting and diverse quests in oblivion

Winterhold and companions seemed super brief. Db is so far pretty awesome. The thieves' guild was by far my favorite, though. It seems like it got most of the love this time around.

The DB quest line started off kind of slow, but built steam as it progressed. The Companions guild was just there at the start, so I kind of felt obligated to do it which led to mixed reactions of the whole thing. The Thieves guild was so-so. Nothing really mind blowing.
