elucid c-finder work in OWB?

Will the elucid c-finder work in old world blues or no because your not in the Mojave area?? I dont have it but happened to think about it and was wondering seeing as this would be a good question to ask

Yes but it still svcks. I couldn't even kill Kimball with a direct hit much less the high HP critters of the Big MT. :(

maybe because you didnt have the high enough energy skill required to use it?? O.o

Wow, I have destroyed a third of you the strip with a well placed shot from that.
