Ok I've just started the LR DLC, and I picked up a Nail Gun and went to try it out, it won't fire and I open my pip-boy and change weapons the weapon I equipped fires once and stops. This happens every time I try to use the nail gun and it also happens when I try using the Laser Detonator, which is needed to complete the DLC. I'm really frustrated with all the bugs in this game. I've tried restarting the game and uninstalling the game all together. And I've tried restarting my PC but nothing. I haven't had any drastic game ruining bugs until this point, and this is truly game ruining. I'm starting to regret purchasing the game and DLC's.

Anyone know a fix? I can't seem to find anyone who has had this problem.

That's REALLY weird, and it COULD be a mod you have running if you have any. I'm not a PC user though, so I really can't assist you technically speaking.

Maybe I'll just get rid of any mods.

The Vault doesn't mention any bugs like that for either the nail gun or the laser detonator so you either have a new bug(unlikely considering Lonesome Road has been out for a while) or as the Colonel said some of your mods are interfering.

Is your game fully patched? The DLC gets wonky if your game doesn't have the latest patch.

I have no idea which patch i have, no idea how to check but I'm assuming Steam keeps my game up to date. I'm just gonna get rd of all my mods. x[

That's very odd, you could possibly ask around in the G.E.C.K. forum or the mod forum and see if one of the more technically gifted here know what may be wrong. One user in particular I know of is Gizmo, he's particulary good with the technical ins and outs of 3 and maybe New Vegas.

I'll try that then when I've got the brainpower. At this point I feel like a vegetable. xD

Do you have ammo for the nail gun? You never know. And for the laser detonator you're holding the fire button right?
