CTD Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit

I am in need of help. I am experiencing multiple CTDs rather randomly...I could be opening a container, engaging an enemy, walking around...and crash.

Basic system specs:
Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit
AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+
4GB RAM (yes, I know only ~3GB is usable)
NVidia GeForce GT 240 with most up to date drivers (just updated a few days ago trying to fix this)
Onboard Nvidia Sound.

The following Warning Message is in my Application Event Log:
Faulting application name: Fallout3.exe, version: 1.7.0.3, time stamp: 0x4a40f18b
Faulting module name: Fallout3.exe, version: 1.7.0.3, time stamp: 0x4a40f18b
Exception code: 0xc0000005
Fault offset: 0x001878f8 (this varies)
Faulting process id: 0x1434 (this varies as well)
Faulting application start time: 0x01cc8ec172317d20
Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Fallout3.exe
Faulting module path: C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Fallout 3\Fallout3.exe
Report Id: 8cf54460-faba-11e0-a43c-463500000031

As you can see I am patched up to 1.7.0.3, I also run the Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch and I have Broken Steel.

Where should I start, what can i do?
