{{Every town has its secrets}}

With the aid of mods, almost anything is possible in Oblivion(or Morrowind).

With the help of mods, you could have almost every non-TES character a playable character in the Elder Scrolls Games.

So, after playing through the quest 'A Shadow over Hackdirt' I couldn't help but think to myself: What if http://search.myway.com/search/redirect.jhtml?qid=38ce72a20eccf4c142ea1a2f4de7c29e&searchfor=pirates+of+the+caribbean+wiki+Davy+Jones&action=pick&pn=1&si=&ptnrS=&ss=&st=site&cb=DF&pg=GGmain&ord=3&tpr=&redirect=mPWsrdz9heamc8iHEhldEeKEhHfyRIwutnlhracF4PeM%2BIDukwctkIcAJiIcXFnozNeEBFEivpa3TTDQwfQ9Gg%3D%3D&ct=AR and/or http://search.myway.com/search/redirect.jhtml?qid=67ed2bf774d3d37e8e1dcd80038a925b&searchfor=Gothmog+Lord+of+the+Rings+wiki&action=pick&pn=1&si=&ptnrS=&ss=sub&st=site&cb=DF&pg=GGmain&ord=1&tpr=sbt&redirect=mPWsrdz9heamc8iHEhldEazlFs7HZLY1E%2BZddIKL%2BJtSqj3Edmqkme7gkZWJ%2FW9DenemZ6WiI3lglL%2BrTF%2F5leM0x6G7YythQ0Fs1inVcLE%3D&ct=AR were made playable? Well, I decided to write this little bit of randomness and... Well, I hope you find it somewhat amusing. ^_^

P.S: As far as I know, there are no mods that allow the characters mentioned above to be playable(Gothmog and Davy Jones). One can always dream, though... ^_^
Also, I wasn't sure where to write this. So, if you feel this doesn't really fit in, you may delete. I just had to write it somewhere... :P

Also, there will be refrences to several other Non-Elder Scrolls Stuff(alot of Disney and a few Non-Disney). We'll just say that Maleficent and several other villains are travelling to several different worlds and they happen to stumble on Tamriel... :whistling:

Anyway, roll the tape!

Not too far south of the city of Chorrol was a small, seemingly deserted town called Hackdirt. Supposedly a small mining town that was apparently burnt down by the Imperial Legion, from what the citizens of Chorrol said. Other then that, Davy Jones couldn't get anymore information other then that...

Regardless, Hackdirt was to be this days destination.

Why was he heading to Hackdirt?

Three days ago, a young argonian girl by the name of Dar-Ma approached him. Apparently the reptilian had a thing for 'making friends with everyone she meets' from what the townsfolk said when asking around about her. If it weren't for an amulet that allowed Jones to roam around in human form, he probably would have scared the argonian girl away if she saw him in his cursed, sea monster 'form'. Though Davy Jones presumed that Dar-Ma would have been more frightened if she had met Gothmog, the orcish lieutenant of Middle-Earth, who was also in Chorrol with Jones.

When the two of them returned to Chorrol after a quick check-in with the Horned King and the Mouth of Sauron in Cheydinhal(they were apparently recruited into the Dark Brotherhood), Davy Jones caught rumors going around that the argonian girl was missing...

When he found out that the argonian lass had gone missing, Davy Jones payed a visit to Dar-Ma's Mother, who ran Northern Goods and Trade and had found out that the argonian girl had gone to the town of Hackdirt in her mothers stead.

Davy Jones was known to be a cruel and ruthless supernatural force in the Caribbean, but he was still sympathetic. Whether or not it had something to do with him going around in his human form or simply because he was who he was, he felt inclined to travel to Hackdirt to see if he could find Dar-Ma...

-5:13PM, Fredas

The horse came to a stop at the center of the seemingly empty, ruined town known as Hackdirt. Through half of the trip, Gothmog(who was also tagging along) had done nothing but grumble and complain(they originally had two horses, but Gothmog's horse had been assaulted by a bear and had to ride with Jones for the rest of the trip.), but as soon as they arrived, Gothmog's grumbling ceased.

Both Davy Jones and Gothmog dismounted from the horse and began to survey their surroundings.

The town looked as rotten as its name. A number of shabby, burnt down houses were scattered about the area, and there was absolutely no signs of life outside the houses that remained in tact.

"You'll find more cheer in a graveyard..." Commented Gothmog, to which Davy Jones nodded his head in agreement. Both of them had received bad vibes upon first laying eyes upon the town. Davy Jones could tell that there was something bothering the orc lieutenant judging by his tone of voice. "It's probably because of the time we spent in that last ghost-town, but I cannot help but feel a bit of deja vu... Remind you of that Silent Hill?" Gothmog inquired, emitting a low chuckle even though it still sounded more like a growling beast with how Gothmog's voice sounded. Davy Jones shook his head at this, however.

"I doubt it..." Davy Jones responded. "I agree that there is a sinister shadow over this town. However, I feel that it is not as sinister as Silent Hill..."

"I suppose you're right..." Replied Gothmog. "Either way, there is more life to be found here then in Silent Hill... At least, human life." The orc then began pointing out the various windows of the houses that were rebuilt since the town was burnt down. "See? Candles are burning inside... They are poorly lit, but there are burning candles none the less... And look! You can see the silhouettes of various residents inside the buildings!"

Davy Jones looked up and-- true enough, he could see the light of a candle burning, although very dim. And he could just barely make out the shape of something standing there, staring down at the two of them through the window of the second floor of the building next to them.

"Are you sure that is... Human life-uh?" Inquired Davy Jones with a rather dry tone of voice. In response, Gothmog grumbled and face palmed himself.

"Well, we're going nowhere just standing here-uh." Started Davy Jones. "I'll check the Inn. You go and see if you can learn anything over at the shop."

"Sure... Nice knowing you..." Gothmog grumbled in response in a snarky way.

And with that, the two of them went about their separate ways...

So, how do you like it so far? Should I continue(here or somewhere else)? ^_^

Refrences
-The Mouth of Sauron is a character from J.R.R Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings". In Peter Jackson's Film Adaption of Return of the King, he is only seen in the Extended Edition.
-The Horned King, a rather obscure Disney Villain from Walt Disney's 1985 film "The Black Cauldron".
-Silent Hill, for those who are unfamilier with the movie/game is a mostly empty town full of fog... And demons, and shifts every now and then to a 'dark version'.
