On PS3 there is no Percent Completed information. Is that right? Or I just can't find it?

I don't think there is one. I was looking for one on the xbox earlier...

I suppose it's to hard to implement because there is so much to do and so many different ways to do it etc.

But you can't finish this game 100%

This, the imperial vs storm cloak effectively makes the game impossible to 100%

This is an elder scrolls game. They don't end. Also as this game is supposed to have an unlimited amount of misc quests then it's quite hard to put a percentage on what you've done

When you get bored with the game, you are 100% done. Until then, you are not 100% done. Seems simple enough.
