Ok, so some of you may recognize this, whenever i am in proximity of Farkas e.g. the companions guild, he springs up a dialogue with me and continues to follow me once he has spoken to me once. NOTE: I have a save outside Jorrvaskr which until i see him in there i seem to be ok. BESIDES THE POINT, i dont want to suffer for Bethesda's screwups and if i want to go into the companions guild and get the one-handed training i wanted then why cant i? C'mon Bethesda sort it out. Does anybody know of any sort of fix for getting Farkas away from you.

I have tried:

Killing him/Attacking him - just falls to his knees and gets up to speak/follow me again.
I have heard it has something to do with bounty in the area (Whiterun) - no bounty so i gained myself a 1000 gold bounty and paid it off and he is still after me.

Starting again is not an option, until after i think i've finished this playthrough.
