Hello Everyone, I am having an issue with both FO3 and NV to where I crash way to often and too frequently to the point to where the game is unplayable. At first I was having an issue where I couldn't get past the beginning intros of the game but found a .dll fix for those but now when I get into the game I cannot play even 30 minutes without it crashing to desktop with the windows 7 error report.

Fixes I have tried

* Updates and Patches
* Mods
* Reinstalling
* Registry Cleaners and Defragmenting
* Running the game in different Compatibility Modes
* The 4gb file
* Several programs that reduce background activity
others I cannot recall at this moment

It should also be taken into account I have tried running these games with no additional mods (other than the ones to try and fix the problem) and with the addition dlc deactivated. I am at my wits end to be honest with the FO series. I have yet to get them to work and have honestly never been able to play them due to this constant crashing. So please...PLEEEASE if anyone has any idea to how I can play this game at all post your comments here. I would greatly appreciate any help. My pc specs are below...
