I actually think this is a bug and posted it to the issues subforum, but I thought maybe someone here would know a workaround (if it is truly a bug).

I finished the Hired Muscle quest in the Companions quest line and was told to speak to Skjor.

The quest arrow points to the middle of nowhere, i traveled to the location only to find a couple of giants and nothing of Skjor. I ran around the living quarters and everywhere around the companions HQ. Is this a known issue? Am I just a dumb player? Is there a workaround?

I had already checked there, but because I never reject a suggestion, I checked again. No sign of him? No one else had this issue? I really think it is a bug.
