Benirus Manor

In the basemant of Beniros Manor in Anvil, there is a sealed portal and the map indicates ther is a room behind the wall. How do I get the portal to open up? Thanks

Sleep in a bed, ghosts come out. Then you Seek out the guy that sold it too you and he will come over and open the portal for you. Bring potions.
