Has anyone figured out how to invest in stores? I have unlocked the perk under the speech skill that allows me to invest 500 gold to permanently increase the sellers gold. I have not figured out how to do this though. Is it an option in conversation? Is it only certain sellers? Maybe you have to buy so much stuff from that person before you can invest? I haven't been able to find any information on this.
