hey everybody

i have posted this post i made because i thought this would make an very interesting thread

so in this thread i want to know if anybody in morrowind, oblivion or even in skyrim have encountered any creature or event that...they ismply had no exsplanation for...

please please tell your stories, i will read all of them with lashings of droll !

well...here's two encounters i had in OB that really stuck in my mind....





remember about a year ago ( i hadnt joined the froums then) that some kid had said they had seen a "mer" in the niben river, what he said actually was in a way sorta
logical and the rumour went like wildfire .

in the end nobody ever found the mer...the kid was dubbed as a liar...

however in my time of years of gameing in oblivion i have seen a few "things" that have made me think wether beth added some secret creatures that nobody could ever prove exsisted...

once, in one of the birch forests near the jerals, as i was rampageing down the mountain scree i saw a strange black figure pelting full out ahead of me...

all i know was the figure has an almost wearwolf like broad-shoulder body, hunched with black apparel, i tried to catch up with it but it pulled away with incrediable speed....damn why didnt i use the console to click on it ?

the second most memoriable mystery really freaked me out, when i was walking through the dense woods between chrool and skingrad i saw a floating RED orb ahead, it was about at head hight and pretty small, this was before my second encounter with the black thing....anyway once again i ran at it, i was absoultly intrigued, i was very close to the orb when suddenly i found myself parlayesed?!?!

all i know is i was parlayes for about 10 seconds, in which time the orb zoomed away....i never found any trace of it again

no dought ppl will dub me as a liar, i am all out for views, but please no nasty comments

You sure you're not using mods that add these things? MMM adds werewolves and beholdens that match your description.

The CS allows us to determine if there are things added in the vanilla game that match your description... so things are easily proven as a hoaxes without the slightest effort...

This guy was trolling you I suspect y'all ran off expecting to find a mermaid? Are you aware that in TES, "Mer" is a collective name for the elven races, ie dunmer, altmer, bosmer etc? "Mer" in its singular form basically means "Elf". I wouldn't be surprised to find an elf in Oblivion
