Almost perfect for me... I have a habit of being irritated if my health is less then 100% so NA's useless to me.

The explosion isn't even that wide spread with Nuclear Anomoly. The enemy has to be pretty close to you to get hit by it and when your health reaches that low its usually by something that is very powerful like a deathclaw and will kill you in another swipe which means the explosion will not occur and you will just end up dead.

It seems to me that Nuclear Anomoly is useless and Almost Perfect is OP. I've always wanted to take the party boy perk, but what's the point of taking that perk if my strength will be 10 and my charisma will be 10 after I collect a bobblehead ?
I'll probably take the party boy perk just for roleplaying purposes, but besides that almost perfect ruins this otherwise cool perk. Also, what's the point of taking the night person perk if your intelligence and perception are gonna be 10 with a bobblehead anyway?
Almost Perfect renders a lot of perks obsolete.

Nuclear Anomaly is absolutely worthless.

On paper it may sound like a nice perk, but in-game it does almost nothing worth choosing it over almost perfect.

By the time you're level 30 it's very rare, or very difficult, for your health to get low enough for Nuclear Anomaly to be of any use. And at level 30 you might as well kill everything you want yourself vs some anomaly, since your character is pretty much insanely powerful by then.

Yeah, the majority of enemies that appear at level 30 can kill you faster than the Nuclear Anomaly perk can activate, and on top of that, it affects ALL NPCs, so there's a good chance you could injure or kill your own companions with it. It's far more of a liability than it is a boon.
