Magic - active effects.

Visit a shrine to one of the Nine, eat a hawk feather or drink a Cure Disease potion to cure it.

go to magic -> magical effects

cure with cure disease potion or go to a temple

Arcadia in White Run keeps telling me I have the rattles or something. I check my magical effects and see nothing. Could be a bug. Oh well, I always shrug that off.
