New disc, can't access my saves

Hello. I rented Fallout 3 GOTY. I loved it and bought the same game from ebay. I can see my saves outside of the game, but I have no option of loading them from within the game. Is there a solution to this? Thanks in advance. Patrick

Are you sure the game you got from ebay is the GOTY version? If it is maybe you can try starting a new game and saving it. That might unlock your other saves.
