Yep. If you follow the links through the Beth Blog, this is the one it takes you to, so I'd imagine that would be the "official" Facebook page.

@OP - Not sure why the fan-made page would pop up as a sponsored link. I'm not entirely sure, myself, how Facebook links work.

You can make your own adverts on Facebook, for like-pages aswell, and have it pop up for people that like similar things. Dunno why one would do it for Fallout when there already is one official.
