who likes clothes?

Does anyone else pefer to wear 'clothes' as suppose to armour, not just in towns but everywhere. My archer wood elf currently doesnt wear any armour at all, just some shirt, boots and gloves (sometimes the beautifully modelled restoration robes). Im playing on normal, and am putting all perks into archery and stealth. Im on lvl 10 at the moment (got to lvl 30 with a mage) and im not having too many troubles at the moment.

I think it adds a great aspect that you really have to avoid melee, my staminas high as im running away all the time lol. Im killing most enemys with 1-2 arrows from stealth.

Im aware this may be impossible on the higher difficultys, but im enjoying the pace of adept. Do you think as I go up the levels I will need armour\/ id rather just enchant the gloves/clothes.

Anyone else do this?

p.s. please NO SPOILERS about the dark brotherhood or theives guild, Im aware they may have special apparel but I haent got into them yet and want to find out myself!

p.p.s this game is AMAZING! (on a seperate note check out skyrim nexus for some graphics mods if your comps good, did some today and absolutley unbeleivable stuff)

peace x

I usually change out of my armor into something more comfortable if I'm going to spend awhile in a town or city. I also have a ton of clothes saved up in my house so I can change into different things if I feel like it.

My normal city wear is a black mage's robe and magika circlet.

I usually wear either a hat or fine hat even in combat, as I'm not overly fond of the helmet options available in the game. As an RPer, I'll often switch out the armour for fine clothing if I'm going to a social gathering or simply expect to be out of combat for a while.

I hate clothes. If it was socially acceptable (and legal) I wouldn't wear clothes at all.

I normally go battlemage, but I think I'll go as a pure mage in my next game.

Especially when the modding gets into swing, some of these mods have truly beautiful clothing, so I'm going to take up a female mage and play pretty princess dress-up. I hope to get some really nice furs in this game.

On the plus side, the clothes looking infinitely better and more varied than Oblivion's.

Ma'Sabi likes clothes, Ma'Sabi is sad though that she must take them off when she puts on her armor, Skyrim is very cold.

Ma'Sabi is happy she has good thick fur.

I wish women had more clothes options with trousers. The Hammerfell outfit and jester clothes are the only ones I've found. Blacksmith pants and brown shirt was my favorite out fit in Oblivion for my female character.
