Can I get every single perk from every skill? : V

So far I'm level 5, and have only unlocked five points towered perks. Will I ever be able to purchase every perk or only some?

Max you get is around 80 perk points. But you have to get all skills to 100 to get that high.

There are about 250 perks, so no.

There are 256 perks. You can get 90 on any one character.

There are more than two hundred perks but you'll only get around 80-90 perk points even if you get to level 81(that's the highest level achievable in this game with all skills 100) and finished all quests. So no you can't.

Unless you are playing on the PC of course.

You can get about 30% of all perks, but that's assuming you actually maxed everything.
