Nah, I don't think so. 95% of Enclave most likely died in the destruction of the oil rig, then a third of the guys stationed at Navarro went all the way to the east coast and somehow multiplied to the hundreds. On the east coast they had their main base, Raven Rock, blown up, and then in the DLC, they had their space crawler base nuked from orbit. Struck hard three times, there shouldn't be much left at all, especially considering how small the Enclave were supposed to be.
But I do believe that if we see Fallout going back to the midwestern BoS, then we'd see some Enclave. ED-E's messages mentioned Enclave outposts in Chicago, where the HUGE fascist Midwestern BoS reside (who have similar goals to the Enclave if the Barnaky ending is canon), and the Enclave power armor in Fallout 3 looks very much like the Brotherhood power armor from Fallout Tactics. The Enclave probably went passed Chicago, before they went to D.C. and met Eden, and probably ran into the Midwestern BoS which didn't end in a bloody conflict (because the Enclave were too few, and an explination for the power armor similarities would be that they cooperated and the BoS shared power armor blueprints with the Enclave for some reason. Trade of resources?)
