Finding Fallout 1 or 2

Post » Sat Sep 26, 2009 8:17 pm

Hello. I recently got Fallout 3 for christmas. Love it. I remember reading once that both Fallout 1 and 2 were small, classic indie games for computers. I was hoping that I could be directed to were ever a download site for them would be, if there still is of course. Thank you in advance.

They are hardly small games. Nor indie games. Fantastic and classic though for sure!

They are made by Black Isle studios, the same folks who made Baldur's Gate. Far from indie.

But you should indeed get them. Since you entered the Fallout series via Fallout 3 and not 1/2, beware that 1 and 2 are...different. In a good way, but be be sure to pack lots of patience and consideration for the games.

It would probably serve you well to do a bit of research first. There is an EXCELLENT wiki page called The Vault which will give you all the history and backstory you need to better understand everything Fallout-related.
