Caesar Legion, Reavers, Robot Army, Mutants liberation Army, Hubologist, they are welcome


Hubologists? Really? A lulzy pisstake of Scientology, and you want to see them return?

Unfortunately, I think the NCR good ending will become canon, but if not (and even if so), I would love to see Caesar's Legion come back full force. Maybe not so militant, maybe a little more settled down, like their camps in the East. They could have and should have been fleshed out more in Fallout New Vegas, and I would love to see them at their full potential (story-wise any way)

More so than the Enclave or BoS; just to know that they existed :P
